libfglrx-amdxvba1 software package provides AMD XvBA (X-Video Bitstream Acceleration) backend for VA API, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfglrx-amdxvba1
libfglrx-amdxvba1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfglrx-amdxvba1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfglrx-amdxvba1 *
